Prioritizing HSSE in all its business operations is the main thing done by Elnusa Petrofin. In order to realize this, Elnusa Petrofin carried out Proof of Concept (POC) activities for the Journey Risk Management Application. This breakthrough in the form of an application was first applied at the Palembang Integrated Terminal on January 22 and 23 2024.
Proof of Concept (POC) Journey Risk Management application is one of the breakthroughs from Elnusa Petrofin’s HSSE function to reduce potential hazards and risks caused by road geometry aspects such as inclines, long descents, and sharp turns so that drivers can get information on appropriate mitigation steps.
The Journey Risk Management application is planned to be implemented in July 2024 in one of the business units that has a high risk level and then evaluated for further development. The HSSSE function has also conducted previous trials involving several panelists such as Sigit Prasetyo, Manager Channel & Fleet Safety Pertamina Patra Niaga, Achmad Surya Karbala, Sr. Analyst II Channel & Fleet Safety Pertamina Patra Niaga, Achmad Wildan, Senior Investigator KNKT, Palka Pradipta, Pjs. Senior Manager HSSE Elnusa Petrofin, Ilhamuddin, Pjs. Elnusa Petrofin HSSE Operation Manager, and I Ketut Sukariawan, Transportation Operation Area III Manager.
As the latest breakthrough from Elnusa Petrofin, the Journey Risk Management Application POC also received appreciation from Pertamina Patra Niaga as a strategic partner of Elnusa Petrofin and KNKT. The presence of POC Journey Risk Management is expected to be the first step for Elnusa Petrofin in running a safer business.
