Showing Innovation to Prevent Illness Fatality, Elnusa Petrofin Holds Go Live Warning MCU Expired System and Auto Block MCU Expired Multilevel in Kendari, Poso, and Baubau Group

Elnusa Petrofin through the Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE) function together with the Information Technology (IT) function and the Transportation Operation Performance function conducted Go Live Warning Medical Check Up (MCU) Expired System and Auto Block MCU Expired Tiered program in Kendari, Poso & Baubau Group which aims to support fatality prevention in the health aspect when employees work and a form of Elnusa Petrofin’s compliance to support health policies for employees within Pertamina Group. This activity took place on July 11-12, 2024 in Poso, Kolonedale, Kolaka, Luwuk, Raha, Tahuna, Banggai, Baubau, and Kendari.

The system is designed to provide early warnings regarding the validity of employees’ Medical Check-Up (MCU) and automatically block access to employees whose MCU has expired. The implementation includes multiple levels of alerts and blocks to ensure employees have enough time to renew their MCU before their access is restricted.

In this Go Live agenda, there are 9 locations that have carried out the Warning System MCU Expired and Auto Block MCU Expired Tiered program, namely Poso & BauBau Group (Poso, Kolonedale, Kolaka, Luwuk, Raha, Tahuna, Banggai, Baubau) and Kendari. Furthermore, further Go Live will be carried out in the Maluku and Papua regions.
