Elnusa Petrofin (“EPN”) didirikan di Jakarta pada tanggal 5 Juli tahun 1996. EPN adalah anak perusahaan dari PT. Elnusa Tbk, dimana PT. Elnusa Tbk sendiri merupakan Anak Perusahaan PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi, Sub Holding Upstream PT Pertamina (Persero). PT Elnusa Petrofin bergerak di bidang jasa logistik dan distribusi BBM, terutama Jasa Transportasi BBM, layanan BBM Terintegrasi (Pengelolaan BBM, Pengelolaan Fuel/Integrated Terminal, & LPG), Trading BBM, Lubricant dan Chemical.
