Elnusa Petrofin together with Pertamina Patra Niaga held a Fleet Safety Improvement Program (FSIP) Implementation Benchmarking. Benchmarking activities were carried out at FT Ujung Berung & FT Padalarang (Terminal Bandung Group) for 2 days, namely on February 28-29, 2024. This activity is one of EPN’s commitments to continue to improve the synergy of ONE PERTAMINA.
Benchmarking was attended by several officers, both from Pertamina Patra Niaga and Elnusa Petrofin. Some of the officers present were the FT Ujung Berung terminal VAT team, FT Padalarang terminal VAT team, Elnusa Petrofin team consisting of HC, HSSE, IT, Transportation Marketing, Transportation Operation Performance, Technical & Maintenance, and Transportation Operation Area functions. This activity was also attended by representatives from the Transportation Operation (TO) department of PPN Headquarters, Ade Carsadi, MOR I, MOR II, MOR V, MOR VI, MOR VII, MOR VIII, and Assistant Manager Technical Operation PPN, Bambang S.
In accordance with the direction of VP S&DO Pertamina Patra Niaga, FSIP is carried out in order to improve the operational safety aspects of BBM/BBK & LPG land mode (tank truck) distribution activities throughout Pertamina’s working area. There are 6 FSIP programs, namely Fleet Safety Rigid System (FSRS), Fit to Work-Daily Check Up, MT Pre-Trip Inspection-Daily Inspection Digitalization, MT & AMT Data Centralization, New Maintenance Management System, and GPS Fleet Control-Smart MT Compact Design.
Starting from site visitation, discussions, to the presentation of the FSIP program, this program is expected to be the basis for future follow-up cooperation between Elnusa Petrofin as a strategic partner of Pertamina Patra Niaga.
