PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN) always committed to maintaining the quality of healthy and integrity Human Resources (HR), one of which is by organizing drug testing activities for all Elnusa Petrofin workers.
Drug testing is a routine activity carried out every six months with a sudden implementation time in all Elnusa Petrofin Operational Units. This examination shows Elnusa Petrofin’s commitment in ensuring a drug-free work environment. Throughout June 2023, Elnusa Petrofin has cooperated with BNN throughout Indonesia. A number of areas that have carried out drug tests include Fuel Terminal Pangkal Balam, Integrated Terminal Banjarmasin, Fuel Terminal Maumere, Integrated Terminal Makassar, to Fuel Terminal Merauke. In the implementation of drug tests hundreds of Elnusa Petrofin workers are on duty and will continue to grow.
One of the Operational Units that has just carried out this activity is Fuel Terminal Baubau. This time, Elnusa Petrofin collaborated with BNN Baubau region, the drug test was held on Saturday, June 17, 2023 and involved all Tank Car Crews (AMT) and Elnusa Petrofin support team.
Nur Kholis, Director of Operations and Marketing said “Elnusa Petrofin supports Drug-Free Indonesia and opposes all forms of drug abuse, especially at Elnusa Petrofin. Periodically EPN also conducts socialization related to the prohibition of drug use and imposes strict sanctions for workers who violate.”
Ibrahim, SH, MH, Acting Head of Baubau City BNN, expressed his gratitude for Elnusa Petrofin’s consistency in conducting periodic checks on tank car drivers to ensure their cleanliness from drugs. According to him, this activity shows that all Tank Car Crews (AMT) and supporting teams working within Elnusa Petrofin are clean from drugs.
Early detection of drugs against all Elnusa Petrofin workers is a concrete step in maintaining the welfare and productivity of workers. Through cooperation with BNN Sulawesi region and the implementation of regular inspection activities, Elnusa Petrofin strives to build a safe, healthy, and free from drug abuse work environment.
In recent years, Elnusa Petrofin and BNN have cooperated in drug testing and will continue to work together in carrying out drug abuse prevention activities and providing education related to drug prevention throughout the operational area. Both parties are committed to creating a drug-free work environment in order to create a safe and comfortable work environment.
