In an effort to build superior and globally competitive human resources, PT Elnusa Petrofin, a subsidiary of PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA), continues to strengthen its commitment to the development of young Indonesian talents through a series of Job Fair activities in 2 (two) major cities in parallel: Bandung, Surabaya on 16-17 April 2025 and Campus Visit Yogyakarta on 17 April 2025.
This activity is part of the company’s long-term strategy in driving the social aspect of the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) pillar, by placing inclusivity, education, and workforce regeneration as important foundations for the sustainability of the national energy industry.
Industry and Academic Collaboration: Directly Reaching Out to Young Talent

Starting on Wednesday, 16 April 2025, Elnusa Petrofin was present at the Job Fair of Institut Teknologi Nasional (Itenas) Bandung and Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya. Through interactive booths, students and alumni had access to information about the company, strategic business lines, as well as job opportunities and career development in the energy sector. Live career consultation sessions also opened up space for dialogue and inspiration on the role of the younger generation in the transformation of the energy industry.
The next day, on Thursday, 17 April 2025, Elnusa Petrofin greeted students of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Yogyakarta through the Campus Visit programme. The event was attended by Elnusa Petrofin’s Senior Manager Human Capital, Dian Indra Bintoro, who explained the company’s important role in the national energy distribution chain as well as the challenges and opportunities that await young talents in the future.
Building Future Leaders Through Petrofin Future Leaders Programme

The highlight of the event was the socialisation of the company’s flagship programme, Graduate Trainee Petrofin Future Leaders, an intensive recruitment and training programme designed specifically for recent graduates. The programme emphasises inclusive leadership development, cross-functional competence, and a deep understanding of the energy business through work rotations in the company’s five main business units.
The programme is aligned with Elnusa Petrofin’s principle of inclusivity that opens equal opportunities for all top graduates, regardless of social, economic or gender backgrounds – in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) targets and the spirit of diversity in the world of work.
Strategic Initiatives towards Sustainable HR

The high enthusiasm of participants in all cities signifies the positive synergy between the world of education and industry. This activity not only reflects Elnusa Petrofin’s commitment in producing strong future leaders, but also as a tangible manifestation of the company’s contribution in strengthening an inclusive and sustainable talent ecosystem. As part of the company’s ESG implementation initiative, Elnusa Petrofin believes that investment in the younger generation is a long-term investment for national energy sustainability. Through active collaboration with educational institutions, the company plays a strategic role in preparing human resources who are ready to face an increasingly dynamic and complex energy transformation.
