Elnusa Petrofin Helds Opening Ceremony for National HSSE Month 2025, Commits to Enhancing HSSE Culture Among Perwira and Pertiwi

In commemoration of National HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) Month 2025, Elnusa Petrofin held the Opening Ceremony for National HSSE Month on January 31, 2025, at the Elnusa Petrofin Headquarters. The event, themed “Realizing Excellent and HSSE-Skilled Elnusa Petrofin Officers to Support Sustainable Business Operations,” was conducted in a hybrid format and attended by all Perwira and Pertiwi from across the country. The celebration of National HSSE Month reaffirmed the company’s commitment to upholding HSSE aspects in every operational activity.

This year’s Opening Ceremony for National HSSE Month was held in collaboration with the filUP! (Petrofin Learning and Skill Up) program, an internal initiative aimed at enhancing the learning and skills of Perwira. During the event, a symbolic presentation of safety gear to Pertiwi representatives was conducted, reflecting the company’s commitment to implementing an HSSE culture. Additionally, a series of National HSSE Month programs scheduled throughout February 2025 were introduced, which can be participated in by Perwira and Pertiwi both at the Headquarters and Operational Units.

The ceremony was attended by the President Director of Elnusa Petrofin, Doni Indrawan; the Director of Administration and Finance, Yogi Firdaus; Elnusa Petrofin’s management team; and the VP of HSSE at PT Elnusa Tbk, Ramon Arias Pili. In his speech, Doni Indrawan emphasized the importance of integrating HSSE culture into daily activities and company operations. He stated, “HSSE culture must be applied in everyday activities and executed effectively in every operation, without neglecting business objectives.”

Ramon Arias Pili, VP of HSSE at PT Elnusa Tbk, expressed appreciation for Elnusa Petrofin’s commitment to implementing HSSE culture. He remarked, “EPN has demonstrated its seriousness, as evidenced by the HSSE culture survey results, which placed EPN at the highest level in Pertamina’s Upstream Subholding (SHU), achieving a Generative level with a score of 4.69. We hope this becomes a milestone for EPN to become a center of excellence for HSSE within the Elnusa Group.”

The event’s keynote speaker, Sutarno, a Labor Supervisor from the Ministry of Manpower, delivered a presentation on the importance of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) in supporting productivity and operational sustainability. He emphasized that the implementation of K3 culture is a key investment in creating a safe and productive work environment. During the event, Sutarno commended Elnusa Petrofin for its consistent efforts in promoting HSSE culture.

Through the commemoration of National HSSE Month, Elnusa Petrofin has further reinforced its commitment to implementing HSSE culture in its business operations. The company continues to prioritize Occupational Health and Safety (K3) as a key element in ensuring employee well-being, operational sustainability, and environmental protection.
