Continuing its commitment to enhancing Public Speaking skills among Perwira and Pertiwi, Elnusa Petrofin, through its Corporate Communication & Relations function, officially launched the MC Academy 2024 Batch I on February 6-7 2025, at Elnusa Petrofin Headquarters, Jakarta. EPN MC Academy Batch I featured Kemal Mochtar, an expert in Public Speaking, who guided participants through various professional communication techniques.
The program was opened by Putiarsa Bagus Wibowo, Manager of Corporate Communication & Relations, who emphasized the importance of maximizing this opportunity to improve public speaking skills. “Good communication skills are a valuable asset in the professional world. During this two-day program, participants received fun and engaging training on Public Speaking. The sessions covered vocal techniques, effective verbal and non-verbal communication strategies, and personalized coaching tailored to each individual’s characteristics. Additionally, participants had the opportunity to practice their skills through group presentation exercises that simulated real workplace scenarios and fostered collaboration, ensuring optimal understanding and application of the material presented.
