Demonstrating competence by making achievements is a way for Elnusa Petrofin Perwira to prove themselves. At the 2025 Annual Pertamina Quality Awards (APQA) held on Monday to Thursday (19-22 May) in Jakarta, Elnusa Petrofin Perwira and Pertiwi won 2 awards in the Gold category and 1 award in the Silver category.
After a year-long journey starting from CIP Elnusa, Upstream Innovation & Improvement Awards Subholding Upstream Pertamina, to now at APQA 2025, sweet fruit was finally picked by Perwira and Pertiwi who are members of PC Prove RTC, FT Prove Volleyball, and FT Prove BisSquad. PC Prove RTC and FT Prove Volleyball won the Gold award and FT Prove BisSquad won the Silver award.
FT Prove Voli from the Fuel & Petrochemical Service Operation function showed their skills by making an Oil Boom from basic materials that can be found around the operating unit. Coming from the same function, FT Prove BisSquad showed their competence by modifying a pump tool using materials from a cutting board.
Then the collaboration between the Transportation Operation Performance and HSSE functions in PC Prove RTC impressed the judges with the innovation of GPS with AI technology developed for AMT safety and maintaining the quality of fuel distributed.
The achievement at APQA is a proof of how collaboration and competence can open opportunities for Perwira and Pertiwi to show their quality.
