In order to improve Service Level Safety Operation, Elnusa Petrofin together with Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sulawesi officially held Go Live of Pola Tarif Plus (Poltaplus) scheme on Wednesday (14/5), in Makassar. Elnusa Petrofin is mandated to support the management of Avtur distribution to Aircraft Refuelling Depot (DPPU) distributing institutions in the Sulawesi region, precisely at a number of Supply Points such as: Makassar, Donggala, Bitung, and Kendari.
Poltaplus Aviation is Pertamina Patra Niaga’s Fleet Safety Improvement Program (FSIP) based Aviation Fuel Transport Management programme designed to strengthen the safety aspects and quality of Avtur distribution services in the Sulawesi region with comprehensive technology and safety-based management.
The implementation of the Poltaplus Aviation scheme is focused on improving Service Level Safety Operations for Avtur transport in the Sulawesi region. A number of key features presented in this programme include the implementation of the New MMS (Maintenance Management System), real-time Tank Car monitoring system through Road Traffic Control (RTC), as well as digitisation of the distribution process through the Distribution System application that supports end-to-end operational control.
The safety aspect is a top priority in this programme, among others through the regulation of working hours of the Tank Car Crew (AMT) with a maximum of 12 hours per day, the implementation of Pre-Trip Inspection and Daily Inspection, as well as vehicle maintenance carried out directly by the Sole Agent of Brand Holders (ATPM). All these elements are designed to ensure operational feasibility and reduce risks during the distribution process.
With the implementation of Poltaplus Aviation, Elnusa Petrofin reinforces its commitment in supporting the transformation of a safer, more modern and sustainable energy distribution system, in line with the safety and service standards set by Pertamina Patra Niaga.
The implementation of Poltaplus is one of the important strategic steps in managing BBMP distribution in Sulawesi. Going forward, Elnusa Petrofin will continue to innovate and expand the reach of safety-based service transformation and digitalisation, in order to strengthen Elnusa Petrofin’s strategic role to ensure resilient and sustainable energy distribution for National Energy security.
