Elnusa Petrofin (EPN), a subsidiary of PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA), once again delivered the energy of sharing to the community in the holy month of Ramadan in 2025, especially those in the Company’s operational ring-1 area. This activity is part of the flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme Petrofin Peduli in the #PetrofinTanggap pillar which is routinely carried out every year.
With the theme ‘Sharing Togetherness in the Month of Ramadan’ (Berbagi Kebersamaan di Bulan Ramadan), EPN distributed a total of 10,872 food packages in 92 operational areas spread throughout Indonesia. The distribution was carried out simultaneously from 14 March to 30 March 2025, ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1446 H. This basic food assistance consists of various staple foods, such as rice, cooking oil, sugar, instant noodles, and other supporting needs.
As part of the series, a symbolic handover of food packages was carried out by Manager of Corporate Communication & Relations, Putiarsa Bagus Wibowo along with related management at the Semper EPN Depot unit, Rawabadak Selatan Village, North Jakarta, on Wednesday morning (19/3). The event was also attended by external parties such as Babinsa Koramil Koja, Bhabinkabtibmas Koja Police, as well as the Head of RW and Community Leaders of Rawabadak Selatan.
In his speech, Putiarsa Bagus Wibowo explained that this activity was not just about providing assistance, but also as a tangible manifestation of the company’s concern for the surrounding community and focused on social harmony and improving community welfare.
‘The presence of PT Elnusa Petrofin in this CSR activity is expected to provide broad benefits and happiness for the community in welcoming Eid al-Fitr. We want to ensure that our presence provides positive energy for the surrounding community,’ said Putiarsa.
With this activity, the company hopes to continue strengthening synergies with the community and other stakeholders. ‘We believe the success of a company is not only measured by its business performance, but also by its contribution to society and the environment. Therefore, we will continue to provide benefits and share togetherness with the community on various occasions,’ concluded Putiarsa.
Apart from being given to the community around the operational area, this basic food assistance was also distributed to other stakeholders, including internal companies such as the Tank Car Crew (Awak Mobil Tangki).
Through this assistance, Putiarsa hopes to provide meaningful benefits, especially for the community in celebrating the warmth of Eid al-Fitr. In addition, it can also fulfil the needs of the Car Crew (Awak Mobil Tangki) in order to encourage them to carry out their duties and responsibilities, especially during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr 2025.
On the same occasion, Head of RW 004 Rawabadak Selatan, Faisal expressed his deepest gratitude to Elnusa Petrofin for routinely helping residents in the company’s neighbourhood.
‘This assistance is very useful for RW 004 and surrounding residents who are in need. Hopefully, Elnusa Petrofin will be blessed by Allah and be more successful,’ said Faisal.
In another place from the Government Institution, Haries Fadillah, Head of Kuin Cerucuk Village, South Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City, expressed his deep appreciation for the support provided by Elnusa Petrofin.
‘We are very grateful for the assistance provided. This programme is very meaningful to the community, especially in the midst of economic challenges for its citizens who are less fortunate and in need. We hope Elnusa Petrofin will continue to be present with similar programmes that can provide benefits to residents,’ he said.
