At the beginning of 2025, Elnusa Petrofin invited all its officers and employees (Perwira and Pertiwi) to strengthen synergy in achieving sustainable business growth by organizing a Town Hall Meeting titled “More Faster, More Cheaper, More Better: Build Our Legacy” on Thursday, January 23, 2025. The hybrid event was held at the Elnusa Petrofin Headquarters and attended by the company’s Board of Directors, the Main Commissioner of Elnusa Petrofin, and all Perwira and Pertiwi, both in person and virtually, from operational units spread across the nation.
The event began with an opening speech by the Main Commissioner of Elnusa Petrofin, Yovita Octaviani. In her address, Yovita expressed appreciation for the company’s achievements and encouraged all Perwira and Pertiwi to continue innovating and contributing to the company. She also emphasized the importance of maintaining a strong HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) culture in every aspect of operations.
During this momentous occasion, the President Director of Elnusa Petrofin, Doni Indrawan, the Director of Operations & Marketing, Ferdiansyah, and the Director of Administration & Finance, Yogi Firdaus, presented the Performance Highlights of 2024 and the Strategic Direction for 2025. Their presentations outlined the company’s strategic steps to strengthen competitiveness and ensure business sustainability.
As part of the appreciation for the contributions of Elnusa Petrofin’s Perwira and Pertiwi, the event also featured a video summarizing the company’s achievements throughout 2024. The video served as a tribute to the hard work and dedication of all Perwira and Pertiwi, who played a crucial role in the company’s success. Additionally, representatives of Perwira and Pertiwi from Aceh to Papua, representing various business units, participated in a special session to engage with the Board of Directors, management, and attendees present at the location.
The atmosphere grew even more lively with an interactive quiz session that offered exciting prizes for participants. This activity concluded the Town Hall Meeting with high spirits and a sense of togetherness.
