Elnusa Petrofin (EPN), a subsidiary of Elnusa Tbk (ELSA), has been announced as a winner of the 12th BUMN Award 2023 from Media BUMN Track with PPM Management, an award that was presented in Jakarta on Thursday, March 15, 2023.
The events themed “Acceleration of Digital Transformation, Innovation, and BUMN Business Recovery” event, Elnusa Petrofin participated for the first time and was recognized with an award in the category of BUMN Subsidiary, Best III Talent Development & Excellent HR. This recognition was given upon Elnusa Petrofin due to its exceptional performance in developing talent and human resources, which has resulted in increased business growth and the generation of creative and innovative ideas to ensure business continuity.
The award recognized Elnusa Petrofin’s excellent performance in talent and human resources development, which helped the company drive business growth and spark innovative ideas to ensure business continuity. The BUMN Award event is an opportunity to recognize BUMN companies, BUMN Subsidiaries, and Tbk Companies for their business achievements and impact on society. The event assesses various company categories, such as Recovery Strategy, Business Innovation, Digital Transformation, Organizational Transformation, Corporate Governance (GCG), MSME Development Program, and Superior Talent & HR Development.
Aditya Budi Prabowo, the President Director of PT Elnusa Petrofin, expressed his deepest gratitude to BUMN Track and PPM Management for the award and appreciation given to EPN.
