In order to increase awareness of integrity and ensure ethical and transparent practices, Elnusa Petrofin (EPN) held a Socialization of Increased Awareness of Integrity in Corporate on Wednesday (24/04).
The event was held in a hybrid manner in the Common Room, Graha Elnusa 14th Floor, South Jakarta, socialized by speakers from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), namely David Sepriwasa and Dion Hendrika, as Corruption Eradication Analysts. Also attending the event were the President Director of Elnusa Petrofin, Mr. Doni Indrawan, Director of Finance and Administration, Mr. Yogi Firdaus, as well as EPN Managers and Officers spread throughout Indonesia.
In his speech, Mr. Doni Indrawan emphasized that this activity is a proactive step in strengthening the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). He also emphasized the importance of increasing awareness and integrity as an effort to build trust and strengthen moral values that are in line with the emphasized corporate culture, namely AKHLAK.
In the socialization presented by the KPK Team, David Sepriwasa conveyed the importance of corruption prevention strategies in companies, which include building values through education, improving systems, and providing deterrent effects.
Meanwhile, Dion Hendrika explained about gratification control and the attitude that workers should take when faced with these practices, with the aim of improving compliance programs to detect, prevent and identify bribery.
Through this activity, it is expected to support the creation of a healthy work environment and integrity. Thus, these measures not only support sustainable business growth, but also strengthen the Company’s GCG implementation in each of its business processes.
